Keep with you
Valuables and important documents.
Cash, passports, travel documents, laptops, jewellery, precious metals, collectibles and other valuables should be kept with you at all times.
Strictly not allowed
Food, animals and unsafe goods.
Wet food that produces odour, perishable items requiring refrigeration, live animals, pets, plants, dangerous goods, chemicals, flammable materials and explosive materials are not accepted.
Refusal rights
Items may be refused.
Baggage Solutions reserves the right to inspect and refuse any item deemed unsafe, prohibited, leaking, oversized, illegal or unsuitable for storage.

Please keep important personal items with you and ask the counter before bringing unusual goods.
Food and perishables
Wet food that produces odour, especially meat or dairy products, and perishable items requiring refrigeration.
Unsafe or prohibited goods
Dangerous goods, hazardous chemicals, flammable or explosive materials, firearms, ammunition, weapons, illegal substances and contraband.
Leaking or unsuitable items
Items emitting strong odours, leaking liquids, live animals, pets, plants or oversized items that exceed storage capacity.
Valuables and documents
Cash, passports, travel documents, laptops, jewellery, precious metals, collectibles and other valuables should remain with you.

Confirm duration
No compensation or refund is provided for early luggage collection.

Provide passport
Passport details are required when making a transaction for documentation purposes.

Staff confirm the size, category and suitability of the item before storage acceptance.

Check expiry date
Confirm the storage expiry time and date before leaving the counter.

Unclaimed luggage
Baggage not collected more than 3 months from the agreed collection date may be disposed of by management without further notice or compensation.

Payment terms
Payment can be made by cash, credit card, Alipay or Touch 'n Go eWallet in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Once payment is made, a receipt is handed over for baggage claims.
